What is it?

The St. Augustine Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training from our Certifited Personal Trainer. Adventure Boot Camp is packed with fun and exciting activities to keep your workouts enjoyable everyday!

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile),functional training, cardio, lunges, muscular strength, ab work, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, push-ups, stretching, surprises, and more!

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat (You can get both of these at any local Target or K-Mart type stores). You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Running shoes are also required, not walking shoes or cross trainers. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layers and even if it is chilly don't worry you will get warm very fast! And always bring a good attitude!

So, what will I gain in camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn your certificate of completion that you'll want to show your friends and family!

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299 for 20 hours of instruction! That's just $14.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?

You can also choose to come three days per weeks for just $199.

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
